We are a family business and our OTC Original hot sauce is based on a family recipe handed down over generations.  We live and work in the heart of wine country doing what many have told us is impossible - growing hot peppers in Canada. 

There are a handful of companies out there that claim to offer the best pepper sauce, however finding one that actually meets our standards is very difficult.

Since we grow our own organic peppers in the heart of Niagara, Ontario, we can ensure that every bottle has the best product inside. All of our additional ingredients are from Canadian businesses and farmers.
