Presently we are offering OTC Original in a 250ml bottle and 125ml bottle.

Our habanero mash contains fresh habanero pepper with garlic, lemon and lime juices and salt.  The taste is unparalleled and the heat is not to be trifled with!

Our customers love using OTC in chutneys, salsas, BBQ sauces, hot wings, curries, stews, dipping sauces, drinks or anything else you can think of.

This is not your supermarket variety of hot sauce.  We do not use preservatives or additives or thickeners and thus OTC must be refrigerated after every use.

Half of a teaspoon of OTC is equivalent to one habanero pepper.  Please use with caution and add small amounts at a time to adjust the heat you require.
